Legislation
The EMDG program is delivered according to the EMDG Act and EMDG Rules.
- Export Market Development Grants Act 1997 is on the Federal Register of Legislation. Find more information about EMDG’s heads of power and general eligibility requirements.
- Export Market Development Grants Rules 2021 relevant to Round 4 and future rounds of EMDG are on the Federal Register of Legislation.
- EMDG Rules for Rounds 1, 2 and 3 are on the Federal Register of Legislation. These rules are only relevant now for Rounds 1, 2 and 3 grants. They have been superseded for future rounds.
