From 11–15 November 2024, the Southeast Asia Landing Pads program delivered its inaugural in-market immersion week in Indonesia.
Nine Australian fintech scale-ups gained fresh perspectives and market insights about the Indonesian market. The week-long program connected the cohort to key stakeholders, partners and potential customers in Indonesia. The learnings supported participants to make informed decisions and develop a well-targeted market entry strategy.
The program was designed based on delegate feedback on what they needed to better inform their approach to the Indonesian market.

Austrade hosted the Team Australia booth in partnership with Investment New South Wales at the Indonesia Fintech Summit and Expo. The booth was a hive of activity, with delegates showcasing their capabilities to potential customers looking for innovative fintech from Australia.
On the last day, delegates pitched to potential customers and partners. They received constructive feedback and insights from a panel of industry experts, helping them further align their solutions to the needs of the Indonesian market.
The immersion week generated a number of commercial discussions for delegates, with a promising future for the Australian-Indonesian fintech partnership.

The Landing Pads program supports Australian export-ready tech scale-ups to develop their market entry strategy and connect with opportunities, customers and partners.
