Austrade is the Australian Government’s trade and investment development agency.
Through a global network of offices, we assist Australian companies to succeed in international business and attract foreign direct investment into Australia.
We have one statutory appointment. Austrade’s Chief Executive Officer is appointed by the Minister for Trade under section 51 of the Australian Trade and Investment Commission Act 1985.
