The Australian Government is organising an Australian clean energy delegation to India, anchored around International Energy Storage Week (IESW) being held in New Delhi, India.

The 10th edition of IESW is organised by the India Energy Storage Alliance (IESA), India’s peak industry body for energy storage. IESW is an international conference and exhibition focussing on energy storage, e-mobility, charging infrastructure, green hydrogen and microgrids.

The delegation will interact with major Indian companies and potential partners (with combined portfolio exceeding Australia’s installed RE capacity). The delegation will travel across New Delhi and Mumbai between 1-5 July 2024.

In Mumbai, the delegation will meet three major Indian renewable energy companies and attend an industry networking event.

Why should you participate?

  • Develop a first-hand understanding of India’s transition towards Net Zero by 2070.
  • Capitalise on the Australian Pavilion at IESW, with Australia Nation branding, presenting Australian energy capabilities at one location.
  • Showcase your products and services to potential customers, buyers, partners, agents and distributors through the exhibition, business networking event and the Australian Energy Capability Guide 2024.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Indian market, and secure insights into recent trends and reforms in the energy sector in India, driving enhanced opportunities for Australian energy companies.
  • Receive on-the-ground assistance from Austrade and state governments by way of inputs for planning and set-up the showcase at the pavilion, briefings, business introductions and coffee lounge services at the Australian Pavilion.
